1994

Ridley Corp. Ltd of Australia acquires Feed Rite Ltd, forming Ridley Inc.

1995

Ridley Inc. acquires Quality Feeds.

1996

Ridley Inc. acquires Green Valley Feed Service, Farmix and Zip Feed Mills.

1997

Ridley Inc. issues common stock publicly trading on the TSX, and acquires Hubbard Milling Company and Daco Western Canada.

1998

Ridley Inc. acquires Macleod Feed Mill and Gringer Feed and Grain.

1999

Ridley Inc. completes a new low-moisture block plant in Buffalo, TX.

2000

Ridley Inc. acquires Wayne Feeds.

2002

Ridley Inc. acquires Shamrock Feeds and 51% of McCauley Bros., Inc.

2003

Ridley Inc. acquires Heartland Feeds.

2004

Ridley Inc. acquires Sweetlix and Farmway Feeds.

2005

Ridley Inc. acquires Tartan Feeds

2006

Ridley Inc. acquires remaining 49% of McCauley Bros., Inc.

2008

Ridley Inc. acquires 4 Seasons Marketing and the Ultralyx brand, and Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. acquires 69% interest in Ridley Inc. from Ridley Corp. Ltd.

2009

Ridley Inc. acquires DenCo and expands the Worthington, MN block plant.

2012

Ridley Inc. acquires Stockade Brands, Golden Nutrition, and merges Canadian assets with Masterfeeds Inc. to form Masterfeeds LP.
