Ridley Inc. is made up of three primary operating divisions — Ridley Feed Operations (RFO), Ridley Nutrition Solutions (RNS) and Ridley Feed Ingredients (RFI). Because our customers want the best value they can get as well as speed and flexibility, we maintain the following

Decentralized Operations
Our business gets done in the field, and we believe that the most effective way to run it is to put information and decision-making in the hands of our managers and employees. So plant and sales management are decentralized. In the case of Ridley Feed Operations, for example, several business unit general managers have operating authority - each for a group of plants in a given geography. Each operating division runs its own research and development and marketing functions, but on a centralized basis.
Centralized Administration
We take advantage of our size to keep costs as low as possible. That's why we manage Ridley Inc. functions like purchasing, accounting, human resources, information services, risk management, quality assurance, business development and manufacturing services centrally — with staff located both in the Mankato, Minnesota and Winnipeg, Manitoba head offices. As a rule, we centralize any function that can result in lower costs or improved efficiency without sacrificing flexibility and service.
